  • Waking Up

According to many researches, it’s proved that waking-up early in the morning is one the most difficult things to do. To hit the gym or go for a jog, you need to wake up early; for most people, evening workouts and jogs are not an option. Some of the small changes to make would be hitting the bed early, and you can wake up early. Also, avoid using gadgets before hitting the bed, and drinking alcohol and excess water too. Make sure that you get a good 7-8 hours of sleep so you are energised when you wake up for a long day ahead.

  • Move your body

For beginners, we recommend you start off with walks (you can brisk walk depending on your body type and fitness level), or slow-jogs. You could start off with stretches and then basic yoga depending on the temperature outside. For the non-beginners, hitting the gym to lift weights is an option. You could also join some classes where they teach yoga, pilates, boxing, etc. Combat is currently the best workout according to many fitness experts.

  • Fuel your body

We are certainly referring to the right healthy food that goes into your system. It is important to watch your intake; the quantity, quality, and timing is the key! Make sure you eat your meals on time, make salads your best friend, and do not indulge. You can have a maximum of 2-3 cheat meals in a month. If the number increases, it’s harder to reach your goal. When you are dining out, ask for low-fat or low-calorie options. You can always substitute the fatty food with healthier options.
